Unlucky agent Bernard in order to obtain the approval of the Secret Service, secretly infiltrated the Mars Mission with Robort G13 to cacth the Martiam monster called "Big Orange". Because of the unconventional capture and "not approved way by the authorities", Bernard accidently becomes a friend of the monster and is able to debunk a Mars conspiracy and to save the universe.
